Account details (name, email), profile preferences such as country, class and budget, application enquiry details you submit, and basic usage data such as pages and school profiles viewed.
No document uploads
We do not collect or store certificates, ID scans, transcripts or any other uploaded documents. The platform has no document upload feature.
How we use information
To operate your account, send your enquiry to the school you selected, show you your application status, improve search results, and keep the platform secure.
Sharing
When you apply, your enquiry details are shared with that school's admission team so they can contact you. We do not sell personal information. Service providers who host and secure the platform may process data on our behalf.
Your choices
You can update your profile at any time, and you can request access to or deletion of your data by emailing info@studyglobalonline.com.
Security and retention
Access to personal data is restricted by authentication and database-level access rules. We keep application records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.
Children
Accounts must be created by a parent, guardian or an adult student. Student details submitted in an enquiry are provided by the account holder.
